Time Is Flying By

Wow!

It is hard to believe that March is almost over and April will soon be here! This school year has flown by.

Reflecting back on it, I feel proud of the learning we did in our PK cohort in the area of using blocks to increase spatial development in our students. Also building our PLNs for the three hours of technology credit was very beneficial.

I can see us continuing to build on both of these areas for the rest of this year and for the year to come in 2015-2016.

I guess time flies when you are having fun! But hopefully, our focus on blocks and PLNs has translated into meaningful learning for our teachers and our young learners.

It sure was nice to have the Winter Holidays to decompress! This week we are getting full swing into the second semester.

As we begin the second half of the year and I visit classrooms, I feel much appreciation for our Pre-K teachers! It is so awesome to see where the students are now and how much they have learned. It is pretty incredible.

All their hard work is paying off with our students making great strides in learning what they need to be learning to help them start kindergarten with a huge boost.

It is a new beginning!
